Achieving the right balance: Physician health programs help doctors manage practice demands

Attending to the health and well-being of physicians is a key component of professionalism and is important for sustaining the safe, high-quality practice of medicine, according authors of a report in this issue of WMJ. Physician health programs can provide necessary resources to help ensure robust and active prevention and support for those seeking the right professional balance.
